Keystone is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for supported exempt accommodation providers. The Service provides tools for property management, tenant management, document management, task tracking, support notes, and team collaboration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan
- Provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges
- Accept that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keystone and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
