What counts as a property?

A property is a single address or building in your portfolio. If you manage an HMO with multiple rooms, that counts as one property regardless of how many rooms it contains.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Direct Debit for annual plans. Invoicing is available for Access tier customers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the paid period.
