Product

One platform for every part of supported housing

Properties, residents, finance, alerts, documents, staff and a support worker app. One record of what is happening across your portfolio.

Properties

Every property, room by room.

Open Properties and you land on a register of every property you manage, down to the individual room. Occupancy is derived from live room assignments rather than typed in, so the figure you are looking at is never out of date. Certificates and paperwork sit on the property itself, with expiry tracked.

Residents

One record per resident, not five spreadsheets.

Open Residents and you land on one record per person. It carries their placement, the room they are in, and every support session logged against them. A Universal Credit tab, their documents and their tenancy paperwork sit alongside it. The full picture, without spreadsheets or WhatsApp threads.

Finance

Money in, matched to residents.

Open Finance and you land on the money side of the same record. Service level agreements are uploaded and held against the properties they cover. Each remittance sheet from your registered provider is checked line by line and balanced against the residents you have on the books, so a shortfall shows as a shortfall rather than something spotted months later. Expenses are logged against the property they belong to, so what a property costs sits next to what it brings in.

Alerts

The work that finds you.

Open Alerts and you land on one inbox, generated live from your data rather than typed into a to-do list. It is the foundation of the workflow, and it draws on properties, residents, staff and company records alike. Open an alert and act on it from there.

Documents

A library that knows what expires.

Open Documents and you land on a library organised by level. Company, property and resident, each with its own folders. Document types carry their own expiry rules, and your organisation can define the types it needs rather than working around ours. Generated documents come out of the same library.

Staff

Everyone sees only what they need.

Open Staff and you land on a record per person, and every role is scoped to what that person needs to see. A support worker gets their own properties, the residents they look after and their target for how many sessions to log that week, and nothing past it. Directors and admins see everything, across every property and every resident. The same record carries DBS checks, training and policy sign-offs, so you can see who is due a renewal well before it lapses.

Connectors

Your registered provider, from inside Keystone.

A connector joins Keystone to the portal your registered provider works in. What you enter in Keystone is inserted into the provider's portal, and what is entered or asked of you there comes back to your Keystone dashboard, where you handle it. Every registered provider matter from inside the operating system, rather than a second portal open alongside it. The Reliance portal and RM Solutions (Dawson's portal) are covered today.

Together, the operating system for your managing agency

Every module reads and writes the same record. An expiring certificate on a property, a session logged on a phone and a staff DBS renewal all surface in the same alerts inbox and on the same dashboard. That is what makes Keystone the operating system for a managing agency in supported exempt accommodation, rather than eight separate tools.
